SMALL MOULDING MACHINE
FOR LONG-LOAVES OF SOFT-PASTE
Machine suitable to mould long loaves in different sizes from 50 to 500 g max. Max loaf length 40 cm. The dough placed on the inlet belt goes through 2 cylinders, made of non-adhesive material: dough will be rolled first and then it will be given the wished shapes. Reverseble working system allows production of long-loaves with both cylindrical and oval shape. Machine mounted on wheels for easy handling. Low tension electrical equipment, with device for the prevention of accidents, completely in stainless steel, in accordance with CE rules.
